Are you a Customer Success Officer looking for an interesting role in Nottingham? The expectation of this role is to provide a high level of output delivered in an agile environment with your core responsibilities as follows:


  • Develop a deep understanding of the products and services provided by the company, and how our customers use them
  • Primary point of contact for new customer queries
  • Provide phone, email and video support to customers as required
  • Update, maintain and work with other departments to resolve new and existing customer queries
  • Improve and maintain the companies Knowledgebase documentation via written and video content. Identify missing documentation and changes required.
  • Provide customer query progress reports as requested
  • Keep accurate records and document/ log all daily activities through the proper company channels (CRM/ Xero etc)
  • Assist existing team members as needed with customer-related activities such as renewals, returns and onboarding
  • Provide ‘Internal Support’ regarding questions with the product, workarounds, and processes.
  • Assist in keeping appropriate staff informed of the progress and extent of any outages/incidences that impact the customer experience


  • Previous experience in providing support to customers for hardware and software solutions
  • Knowledge in HubSpot or similar CRM is an advantage
  • Previous experience in SaaS is an advantage
  • Attention to detail

  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot customer queries with patience
  • Kind, considerate and keen
