  • Help FireMate customers to maximise the benefits of using our solutions
  • Work together with your FireMate colleagues

In this role, you’ll be...

  • A primary point of contact for new customer queries
  • Providing phone, email and video support to customers as required (no make-up required)
  • Collaborating with other teams to resolve customer enquiries
  • Improving and using the company’s knowledgebase documentation
  • Updating your FireMates on important stuff that you’re up to (aka reporting)
  • Assisting the team help our customers in lotsa ways we haven’t even thought of yet (but you may have) 
  • Provide ‘Internal Support’ regarding questions with the product, workarounds, and processes

We’re looking for someone with...

  • Experience in providing support to customers for hardware and/or software solutions
  • Experience in the fire industry (preferably)
  • Previous experience supporting SaaS solutions (preferably)
  • A flair for communicating (face-to-face and online)
  • The ability to patiently troubleshoot problems and work out solutions
  • Experience in talking in gifs and memes

We figure you know how to use (or can learn quickly)...

  • A computer (you’d be surprised…)
  • M365 
  • CRMs (HubSpot experience would be very cool)
  • A Gas Chromatograph Mass Spectrometer (just kidding )
