Customising the FireMate Dashboard

Customising the FireMate Dashboard

Many FireMate desktop users spend a lot of time on the FireMate Dashboard each day.

Did you know it’s easy to customise the Dashboard to suit the way you work and the information you’d like to see? Save time and increase accuracy by having just the information you need at your fingertips.

What can you customise on the Dashboard?

FireMate includes a bunch of widgets that you can simply drag to your dashboard; including Service Requests, Open Defects, Routine Activities, and a summary of automatic emails.

The web page or browser widget is commonly used and allows you to effectively embed a website in your FireMate Dashboard. This might be a simple Google search, your company’s website, the weather, or even the FireMate Knowledge Base (one of our favourites).

Click the button below to head over to our detailed Knowledge Base article for more information, examples, and step-by-step instructions.
