  • Help FireMate customers to reach their business goals by maximising their use of FireMate solutions

  • Work with your global team to seek the best possible solutions for your FireMate customers

  • Commit to sharing your skills, knowledge and talents with your FireMate customers and team 

  • Work with us on our mission for global domination…. the good kind

In this role, you’ll be...

  • The primary point of contact for customer queries
  • Increasing customer knowledge of FireMate by delivering training, both online and in person
  • Providing solutions to our customers over phone, email and video
  • Collaborating with your global team to find the best possible resolution for your customers
  • Improving, using and contributing to the company’s knowledgebase documentation
  • Bringing creative solutions to help our customers in lotsa ways we haven’t even thought of yet (but you may have – that’s an interview hint if you’ve ever read one)
  • Contributing to our teams’ knowledge by getting involved in product and process workshops focussed on solution finding!

We’re looking for someone with...

  • Some experience in training and deploying software in business
  • A knack for learning software
  • A business savvy view with investigative, and issue solving strengths
  • A skill for managing multiple priorities while keeping a high attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills that help to energetically drive a phone or video conversation
  • A flair for building and supporting relationships that help to easily manage expectations, and find issues 
  • A genuine desire to make someone’s day a little bit better by giving them the hand they need 
  • Experience in talking in gifs and memes (not sure what these are? Don’t worry, we’ll teach you 😉


These experiences here will make your life here at FireMate a breeze, but if you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you.

  • Experience using Nimbus or a similar fire maintenance system
  • Any customer-facing role at a SaaS organisation
  • Working in a software and/or hardware support environment
  • Experience in the fire, security or similar industry (from Engineers to Managers and everything in between!)

We figure you know how to use (or can learn quickly)...

  • A computer (you’d be surprised…)
  • M365 
  • CRMs (HubSpot experience would be very cool)
  • A Gas Chromatograph Mass Spectrometer (just kidding )
