In this role, you’ll be...

  • Part of our primary point of contact team, managing customer queries
  • Providing FireMate coaching via phone, email and video to clients as needed
  • Collaborating with your global team to find the best possible resolution for your customers
  • Improving, using and contributing to the company’s knowledgebase documentation
  • Bringing creative solutions to help our customers in lotsa ways we haven’t even thought of yet (but you may have – that’s an interview hint if you’ve ever read one)
  • Contributing to our teams’ knowledge by getting involved in product and process workshops focussed on solution finding!

We’re looking for someone with...

  • Experience in the fire industry (from Technician to Service Manager and everything in between!)
  • Experience in FireMate or similar fire maintenance system
  • A genuine desire to make someone’s day a little bit better by giving them the hand they need
  • A flair for communicating (face-to-face, phone and online)
  • The ability to patiently troubleshoot problems and work out solutions
  • Experience in talking in gifs and memes (not sure what these are? Don’t worry, we’ll teach you 😉)

We figure you know how to use (or can learn quickly)...

  • A computer (you’d be surprised…)
  • M365 
  • CRMs (HubSpot experience would be very cool)
  • A Gas Chromatograph Mass Spectrometer (just kidding )

  • Full of ideas (some good, some, well…)
  • A team player
  • Ready, willing and able to learn
  • Organised
  • A good listener
  • Good at speling and a keen aye for dretail
