  • Encourage prospects to join the FireMate family 
  • Get to know your prospects over endless cups of tea or coffee 
  • Work together with your FireMate colleagues 
  • Bring your best every day 
  • Exercise your skills, knowledge and talents 

In this role, you’ll be...

  • Identifying, targeting, and developing business opportunities throughout the UK 
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels
  • Supporting new and existing FireMate customers
  • Working closely with internal Sales, Marketing and Technical teams to execute sales strategy
    and product development
  • Attending sales appointments, both virtual and face-to-face
  • Participating in trade shows and industry functions ensuring that all sales opportunities
    are maximised and act as a positive ambassador
  • Conducting product demos and increase the FireMate licensee base
  • Providing exceptional email and phone support
  • Reporting and analysing KPI’s, pipeline and product performance in key markets
  • Hitting the road and frequently travelling

We’re looking for someone with...

  • the ability to accept coaching and mentoring to make you a better and more rounded business professional
  • a successful track record selling within Fire/Software/Security industries (preferably)
  • proven experience with building rapport and providing exceptional customer service
  • who approaches sales challenges in the ‘right way’, is fair, honest, and always takes responsibility
  • a flair for communicating (face-to-face and online)
  • the drive to win – you’re ambitious and results-oriented, you’re resilient, tenacious, positive, and determined
  • experience in talking in gifs and memes 
  • a sense of humour!

We figure you know how to use (or can learn quickly)...

  • A computer (you’d be surprised…)
  • M365 
  • CRMs (HubSpot experience would be very cool)
  • A Gas Chromatograph Mass Spectrometer (just kidding )
