FireMate Remote Fire Systems Monitoring

FireMate’s cloud-based fire systems management technology, Remote Monitoring, allows you to fully monitor your entire portfolio of fire systems, regardless of fire panel type or manufacturer. All activity is recorded to an infinite log where users can access the information through any desktop or mobile internet connection, including the FireMate dashboard.

The FireMate Remote Monitoring app on your mobile device (Android or iOS) will deliver location-specific notifications of an event as it happens. You will receive notifications on your smartphone even when the screen is locked, and the application closed.

FireMate Remote Monitoring is totally configurable with repeat alerts until cleared, selectable sounds and the ability for a user to feedback the cause of the event – ideal for recording false and/or unwanted alarms.
