Your role will be to...
Help FireMate customers to maximise the benefits of using our solution by delivering world-class client services to grow and support long-term relationships.

Your responsibilities will include...
- Wowing the socks off FireMate customers and prospects
- Guiding customers smoothly through their FireMate journey
- Acting as the critical liaison between customers and internal FireMate teams
- Encouraging renewals, upsells, and cross-sells on your allocated accounts
- Be the voice of the customer internally, ensuring market intelligence is passed through appropriate channels to the right teams
- Utilise solid client success principles in managing your clients, such as account planning, process improvement and driving software adoption

We’re looking for someone with...
- Technical skills and preferably familiarity with our software solutions and familiarity with the Australian fire industry (preferred)
- An eagerness and passion for understanding clients and their business goals
- Previous experience in account management, client success/services or sales environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- A sense of humour!
- Passion, commitment, and drive
- A willingness to embrace the FireMate culture
- An attitude of 'whatever it takes' to get the job done and ensure client satisfaction

- MS365 (Excel wizards are favourable)
- FireMate's suite of software products – Customer Portal, Mobile App and Desktop System
- CRMs (HubSpot experience would be very cool, but not essential)
- A Gas Chromatograph Mass Spectrometer (just kidding)
